Terms of service.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the TimeLab-Design website at timelab-design.com and any purchases made through my Etsy store. By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

TimeLab-Design is an independent workshop based in Seattle, Washington. All watches are designed, modified, and assembled by hand. TimeLab-Design is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Casio Computer Co., Ltd.

All watches sold by TimeLab-Design are built on genuine Casio base models. The modifications, designs, colorways, and custom builds are the original creative work of TimeLab-Design. Designs, photography, and written content on this website are the property of TimeLab-Design and may not be reproduced without permission.

Casio is a registered trademark of Casio Computer Co., Ltd. Use of the Casio name on this website is purely descriptive and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

All transactions are processed through Etsy. By placing an order you agree to Etsy's Terms of Use and Buyer Policy in addition to these terms. TimeLab-Design does not store or have access to your payment details — all payment processing is handled securely by Etsy Payments.

Prices are listed in USD. TimeLab-Design reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received and acknowledged.

Custom builds start at $250 USD. Each custom order is quoted individually and confirmed by email before any payment is taken. Once the quote is approved, payment is made through a private Etsy listing created for that order.

A custom order may be canceled during the design and test-piece rounds, in which case payment is refunded minus a design fee covering the materials and time already used. Once the final build begins, cancellations are not accepted. Changes may be accommodated during the design rounds — contact me as soon as possible if your requirements change.

All orders ship from Seattle, Washington. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. TimeLab-Design is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond my control.

International buyers are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes applicable in their country.

Returns and refunds are governed by my Returns & Refunds policy. Custom orders are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

TimeLab-Design's liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the value of that purchase. TimeLab-Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.

TimeLab-Design reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of this website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
